After working in the bridal industry for many years Lisa saw a niche market for a designer bridal studio catering for brides who wished to purchase readymade gowns. Lisa's reputation for excellent customer service coupled with her passion for brides to truly enjoy their wedding gown experience has lead Brides of Merivale to be the South Islands #1 bridal destination. Lisa recently moved Brides of Merivale to a new location at 27 Papanui Road in the historic former Ashton Grove store. The new contemporary styled store caters to a wide range of brides who want their wedding gown experience to be truly memorable.

Lisa and her team extend a warm welcome for you to visit Brides Of Merivale and view their extensive range of wedding gowns which include leading labels Kate Dowman, Wendy Makin, Bella Donna, Caléche Foubert and Peter Trends. To complement the stunning range of gowns there is a full range of accessories including Veils, Headpieces, jewellery, shoes, wedding favours and flower girl gowns.

Trying on gowns is by appointment only; times are available between the following hours;
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am – 4.30pm
Thursday 9am – 8pm
